Do I need previous hiking experience?

No experience is needed. Our tours that include nature walks are designed to be inclusive for most abilities. If you aren’t feeling up for a nature walk, consider one of our driving-based tours!
What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, layered clothing for changing weather, and a camera or phone for limitless photo opportunities!
What’s included in the tour price?

Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off, experienced local guide, snacks, water, and admission fees at our destination(s).
What happens if the weather is bad?

Tours run rain or shine. Alaska’s weather can shift quickly so if conditions ever become unsafe, we’re happy to reschedule or offer a refund.
Are children welcome?

Yes! Our tours are family-friendly and all-ages. If your child requires a car seat or booster seat, please bring it with you.
When is the best time to visit?

We have tours running throughout the year. Every season brings its own charm—summer’s long daylight, fall’s autumn foliage, winter’s snowy calm and auroras, and spring’s fresh waterfalls and wildlife.
How many guests join each tour?

We have a trip maximum of 9 guests to make for a comfortable and personal feel on each tour.
Are we expected to tip our guide after our tour?

You are not expected to, but tips are very much appreciated if you feel like it is deserved. Industry standard is $10-20 per person, per tour.
What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund.
